OUR
COUNSELING
At Child Link, our skilled clinicians work with a variety of presenting clinical issues including anxiety disorders, attention deficit disorders, and attachment concerns.

The children we serve are often directly and indirectly impacted by violence in their environment, including domestic violence, separation from parent(s), gang violence, and abuse. Our licensed therapists are well equipped to assist children impacted by divorce, bullying and other social hardships.

Child Link also treats individuals experiencing interpersonal conflict at home, school, work or in the community. Due to Child Link’s work within the community providing services that extend beyond clinical work, we are able to offer referrals to crisis intervention services for cases of extreme circumstances as well as any other community based resources that may help to improve treatment for our patients.

We provide tailored integrative clinical services that are as individualized as the people we treat. These treatments include:

  • Trauma Informed Treatment
  • Psychodynamic Therapy
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

We are currently accepting new Blue Cross Blue Shield clients. Contact us at [email protected] to set up consultation.

Each course of treatment is based on collaborative treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of each patient on their family.

In 2019, our Counseling Program served over 100 children from diverse communities throughout the Chicago area, including: Pilsen, Little Village, Brighton Park, South Lawndale, and North Lawndale. Children we serve are often directly and indirectly impacted by violence in their environment, including domestic violence, separation from parent(s), gang violence, and abuse. Child Link is working to help resolve these tragic issues and avoid the loss of lives due to violence.
